About Alicia
I offer a mindfulness-based, relational approach to therapy that honors the mind–body connection and recognizes how our past and present experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through presence, compassion, and curiosity, and that meaningful change emerges when all parts of you are met with understanding rather than judgment.

I integrate EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deep, trauma-informed healing while adapting the process to your pace and needs. Whether you’re seeking psychotherapy, EMDR, or ketamine-assisted work, our work together is collaborative, intentional, and aligned with your goals.
What I Offer
I am licensed to practice in California and Colorado. Services provided are limited to clients physically located in states where I am licensed.

Psychotherapy (EMDR- & IFS-Informed)
Something inside you may be calling you to this work — a longing for relief, clarity, connection, or a deeper sense of self. Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate process grounded in mindfulness, curiosity, and respect for your inner wisdom. Together, we create a space where all parts of you are welcome, even the ones that feel confusing, stuck, or overwhelmed.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness-based practices, tailoring our work to your unique needs and pace. Some clients begin with reflective, insight-oriented talk therapy; others integrate EMDR or parts-based work over time. There is no “one right way” to heal — therapy unfolds collaboratively, with an emphasis on safety, self-trust, and meaningful change.

This work supports deeper emotional regulation, healing from trauma, increased self-compassion, and greater alignment with your values, relationships, and life direction.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a highly researched and effective therapy for healing trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. EMDR can often reduce the amount of time spent in traditional talk therapy by helping the nervous system reprocess memories that remain emotionally “stuck.”

I offer EMDR as a stand-alone modality or integrated with IFS-informed parts work, allowing us to gently address both the emotional memory and the internal parts that carry it. EMDR is introduced thoughtfully and collaboratively — clients are never required to engage in EMDR and may choose to integrate it at any point in therapy. Learn more about EMDR therapy [here].

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Research has shown that ketamine can be effective for individuals experiencing depression, PTSD, and anxiety, particularly when other treatments have not provided sufficient relief. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) combines the neurobiological effects of ketamine with therapeutic support that emphasizes connection to one’s inner healing intelligence — the innate capacity for insight, healing, and growth.

KAP differs from traditional talk therapy in that ketamine is administered during extended therapy sessions (approximately 1.5–2 hours). At low, therapeutic doses, ketamine may produce shifts in consciousness, expanded awareness, and new perspectives that can soften entrenched patterns of distress and self-criticism. When combined with psychotherapy, these experiences can support accelerated healing and meaningful emotional change.

Ketamine experiences can at times feel mystical or spiritual in nature. Integration therapy is a vital component of KAP and provides space to process insights, emotions, and shifts that arise, helping translate the experience into lasting change in daily life.
